New Door Handle Said to Improve Sanitation

A new door handle called the Sani-handle installed at a restaurant in Texas improves sanitation because people don't touch the handel. With the handle the door can easily be opened with your forearm. One problem with the door is it may be difficult to prevent people from grabbing the handle with their hands to open the door. Take a look:

Kate Hudson Covers Elle UK Magazine

Kate Hudson graces the cover of the Decemeber issue of Elle UK magazine. She has been trying to lose weight to play the role of a terminally ill woman in an upcoming film. To lose weight she has been increasing her workouts and she has cut alcohol from her diet. Kate Hudson has also been dating New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez. She talked about trying to lose weight for the film and her relationship with A-Rod in the issue. She also threw men under the bus for being "simple" and thinking mostly about sex and sandwiches. A-Rod will definitely be hearing about this interview from his Yankee teammates.

On Giving Up Alcohol: "I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I'm not sure I've ever done that!"

On Men: "I sometimes feel like when you're talking to boys, they just hear certain keywords.... But if you had a bubble above their head, they'd be thinking about game scores, masturbation and food. I love boys, but I believe they're really simple. Every guy likes to say that they're complicated, but they're so easy to figure out. What did that Dr Laura say? Something like, 'All men want is sex and for you to make them a sandwich.' I thought that was really funny - and not entirely untrue."

On Botox: "Everyone's so obsessed with who gets Botox, but it's great! Are you kidding? The fact that women can avoid going under the knife, and get a little Botox treat and not have to worry about it? I'm glad it's there for when it's time."

American Eagle Opening Flagship Store in Times
Square

American Eagle Outfitters has announced plans to open its flagship store in Times Square. The 25,000 square foot store will open Thursday, November 19 at 1551 Broadway, at 46th Street. It features four levels of shopping, including dedicated floors for AE denim, as well as aerie, the company's intimates and dormwear brand. The store will feature exclusive AE product not available anywhere else, including outerwear in faux fur and leather, sequin-embellished tops, and graphic t-shirts designed by New York graffiti artists. The Times Square assortment will also include a collection of premium denim and an expanded footwear selection.The store will feature a customer experience called "15 Seconds of Fame." After making a purchase, customers will be invited to pose in a mini photo studio. Moments after, the customer's photo will be projected onto the 15,000 square feet of LED screens (25 stories high) outside the store, for all of Times Square to see. The store's giant LED screens will feature content 18 hours per day. "We know that shopping in Times Square is a landmark event for millions of customers who come from around the globe to visit," said Jim O'Donnell, chief executive officer, American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. "American Eagle Outfitters' goal is to offer them a retail experience unlike anything they've experienced before-even by Times Square standards."
