Brad Pitt talked about his recent motorcycle accident at a Tokyo press conference. He says there were no injuries except for his ego. He says he was trying to get away from the paparazzi but want he really ended up doing was "giving them a really good story." Brad Pitt is in Japan for the premiere of Inglourious Basterds.
